About OSHA Card Tracker

About OSHA Card Tracker: who builds it, how we research rules, and how to reach us.

OSHA Card Tracker is a small, independent software product for contractors with 5 to 100 field workers. We built it around a problem contractors describe again and again in safety forums and prequalification calls. Usually the training happened. What is missing is proof of it on the day someone asks.

How we research

Every legal claim on this site links to a primary source: the OSHA Outreach FAQ, a state statute, or the agency that enforces it. When a secondary source disagreed with the primary one, we followed the primary source. For example, New York State's Department of Labor says no OSHA 10 renewal is required for state public work, even though several training websites say otherwise. Our research notes are dated, and we re-check rules when laws change.

Independence

We are not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor. We do not sell or issue OSHA cards, we do not resell courses, and our course checker never names any company as fraudulent. The free tools are supported by advertising and by subscriptions to the tracker.
