The OSHA card tracker built for small crews

One place for every card your crew holds, with reminders before anything lapses and proof ready when the GC asks.

The problem it solves

The GC's prequalification form asks for "copies of OSHA 10 cards for all workers on site." You have twelve people going to that job. Four cards are in a folder, three are on the foreman's phone, two workers say theirs are at home, and one person was hired last week. Meanwhile your forklift operator's three-year evaluation lapsed in the spring and nobody noticed.

OSHA Card Tracker replaces the folder, the phone photos and the spreadsheet nobody opens.

What you get

Worker profiles. Name, trade, phone, email, job site and supervisor flag. Add as many certifications as each person holds.

Any certification, with an optional expiry. OSHA 10 and 30 (Construction and General Industry), NYC SST, forklift evaluation, CPR/First Aid, fall protection, scaffold, aerial lift/MEWP, NCCCO and HAZWOPER, plus a custom type for anything else. Expiry dates are optional on purpose: federal OSHA 10/30 cards don't expire, and we won't invent a date for them.

Reminders at 60, 30 and 7 days. A daily job checks every dated cert and emails you. It sends exactly one reminder per window, even if the server was down for a day. On the Crew plan, workers who opted in also get a text.

Job-site requirements. Tell each site what it requires (OSHA 10, fall protection, SST) and the dashboard lists who is missing what before you mobilize.

Card photos. Snap both sides of a card on your phone and upload it. Photos are compressed, stored on our own server, and only served to your signed-in account.

Audit PDF in one click. Every worker, every cert, issued and expiry dates, and status, formatted for a GC or an insurer.

QR proof pages (Company). Each worker gets a private link and QR code that shows their current certs, so a site gate or GC can check without calling the office.

Spanish interface (Crew and Company). The dashboard, reminders and texts are available in Spanish.

How it compares

OSHA Card Tracker Typical cert tracker Spreadsheet
Price for 25 workers $19/mo flat $40–$100/mo Free
SMS to workers Yes (Crew+) Rarely No
Spanish interface Yes (Crew+) Rarely No
State rule presets (NV, NYC, CT, Philadelphia) Built-in checker No No
Reminders 60/30/7 days Varies None

What we don't do

We don't sell or issue OSHA cards and we're not affiliated with OSHA. We don't claim federal OSHA cards expire. We track the dates that really matter: Nevada's five-year card life, NYC SST renewal, GC acceptance windows, and certifications with real expiries.

Pricing

Free for up to 10 workers, with email reminders. Crew $19/month for up to 25 workers, adding SMS, photos, Spanish and the audit PDF. Company $59/month for up to 100 workers, adding multiple job sites, QR proof pages and CSV/PDF export. Yearly billing gives you two months free. See pricing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer.

Can workers see their own records?

On the Company plan, each worker's QR proof page shows their certs. Workers do not need an account.

Where are card photos stored?

On our own server, not a third-party storage service. They are only served to your signed-in account, or through a worker's proof link on the Company plan.

What happens if I go over my worker limit?

The app will not let you add more workers until you upgrade or remove someone. Existing records are never deleted.

Can I export my data?

Company plan users can export CSV and PDF at any time. Crew users can download the audit PDF.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are monthly or yearly, and you can cancel any time.
