Terms of service

The service

OSHA Card Tracker provides free informational tools and a paid record-keeping tracker. Using either means you accept these terms.

Our guides and tools summarize public rules and cite their sources, but they are general information, not legal advice. Laws, contracts and site rules change. Check the cited official source and your project specifications before relying on any summary. We are not affiliated with OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor, and we do not issue or sell OSHA cards.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for having permission to store your workers' information and send them reminders.

Plans and billing

Plans renew monthly or yearly through our payment processor until cancelled. Plan limits (workers, job sites, features) are enforced by the service. If a paid plan lapses, your account reverts to the Free plan limits. Existing records are kept, but you cannot add workers beyond the Free limit.

Acceptable use

Do not upload anything other than certification documents, do not try to access other accounts, and do not use the service to send unsolicited messages.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
