What we collect
- Account data: your email, name, company name, password hash, or Google account identifier if you sign in with Google.
- Worker records you enter: names, roles, phone numbers, emails, certifications, dates and card photos.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Polar. We receive your subscription status and plan, never your card number.
- Usage data: Google Analytics (GA4) on public pages, and advertising cookies from Google AdSense on content and tool pages. The dashboard does not show ads.
How we use it
To run the service: storing records, sending the reminders you set up (email, and SMS to workers who opted in), producing exports, and billing. We do not sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our own server. Card photos are re-encoded, stored on the same server's disk, and only served to the account that uploaded them or through a Company-plan proof link. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and sessions use random tokens stored only as hashes.
SMS
Workers only get texts if you mark them as having agreed to SMS reminders. Replying STOP opts them out with our SMS provider.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any worker, certification or photo at any time. To delete your account and all its data, email [email protected].
Free tools
The practice tests, checklists and pickers run in your browser and do not send your answers to us. The XLSX training-matrix download sends the names you typed only to build the file. We do not store them.
